I was planning to make some changes before publishing it, but ultimately decided that the best approach is to open-source this document now and let other firms leverage this documentation to lower the entry barrier for new CPA firms. I ask everyone who is interested in meeting this goal to please feel free to copy, modify, criticize, and rethink anything in this document.
